Vending surrounds allows you to place your vending machines in any area of your building providing a retail opportunity whilst integrating your vending machines into your environment. Vending surrounds provide additional security in the case of outdoor public vending areas where housings are built in metal with an overnight automatic shutter system if required. You may be looking to reduce your catering subsidy by moving towards a complete vending solution. Creating the right environment for your employees and visitors will help in making an area otherwise lined up with machines into an attractive breakout area with a café feel that eases your transition plans and optimises sales. Research shows that vending housings can improve customer patronage and therefore increase sales.

You can give us a call to discuss your requirements over the phone, describing the location of your machines, dimensions and the number and type of machines that you have or are planning on installing. We can then give you some options to consider to suit your budget. Alternatively, give us a call to invite us for a meeting and to carry out a site survey. There may be considerations you have not thought of that we would be able to highlight and recommend solutions.

There are four construction options: Option 1. Frame Aluminium system These are fast to install and are a cost effective solution to improving your vending area and are quick and easy to brand. We also do bespoke module versions available for site continuity. The benefits are:

Option 3. Stud wall Used for permanent installations. Strong selection of wall finishes that can include laminates or toughened glass. The benefits are:

You will be able to expect a quote from us within 24 hours for an aluminium frame vending housings; expect 48 hours for an MDF surround and up to a week for a bespoke scheme.

The choice of colours are endless, however, to help you with selecting the right colour, we have put together a range of polyrey laminate and wood finishes that you can find on our website. We have also included a range of corian finishes for condiment, bin and stand alone coffee point stations.

Yes. Along with your quote, you will be provided with a render to demonstrate how it will look. If we have been provided with pictures of the area and the details and dimensions of the vending machines, the render will show you how it will look once on site.

No. Our vending housings are designed to fit in with your environment and your selected vending machines.

Step 1: Site Survey. We would carry out a site survey, take pictures of the area and discuss the brief with you. Step 2: Preliminary Design and Sketch A design sketch of the area is submitted as an initial discussion document to iron out any possible design, build or install issues. This would also include looking at finishes, lighting, graphics and accessories such as condiment or bin stations. Step 3: 3D Render | Fitted System Once the scheme has been agreed, a render will be done and presented for final approval. At this stage a full costing will be provided. Step 4: Build and Install The units are then manufactured and delivered on site by our team. Dates and times pre agreed with customer. We would request that a representative from the vending operating company is present to deal with all aspects of moving and connecting machines alongside a member of staff from the facility management department to deal with any building access issues or security. The whole process takes about 4 to 6 weeks depending on the availability of tables and chairs for the break out area.

We will provide sketch and renders for free when required. If you ordered an aluminium frame vending surround for example, prices start from £700, installation depending on location will cost from £250. If you were looking to install an MDF vending surround with Polyrey laminate finish this will cost from £1800. Installation depending on location will cost from £250. For a bespoke breakout area including tables and chairs this will cost from around £15,000 depending on design, dimensions, lighting and finishes.
